NSMC Wellness and Integrative Medicine reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of insufficient enrollment.
Options available to you if your class is canceled:
- You may apply the money toward another class or service OR
- You may receive a full refund in the form of a check. Your refund will be given in check form regardless of how you paid. The process for issuing a check may take up to two weeks after the start date of the class.
For classes missed due to illness a doctor’s note is required.
If you have missed a class due to an illness, you may request that credit be applied toward a future class, OR you may request to be refunded by check.
Severe Weather Cancellation Policy:
During severe weather, please call the NSMC Wellness & Integrative Medicine Center at 978-740-1022 two hours before the start of your class to see if it has been canceled. |
