Yoga with Meditation for Stress Management, Thursdays @7:30 p.m.
Experience gentle yoga postures to release muscular tension, breathing techniques to calm the mind and balance the nervous system.  Various meditation techniques will be taught to train the mind for a more peaceful and healthy life.
