Our Stay Fit for a 5K running program will help you reach your goal of being able to increase your endurace. By working with an instructor, you will learn to increase speed/distance and continue strength training exercises to build muscles and stamina. Each 60 minute class includes 30-40 minutes of running exercises and 20-30 minutes of muscle conditioning.
Mondays, 6:30-7:30pm, 10 Weeks, Class is held at Salem Commons.
