Meditation, Relaxation and Mindfulness, Sunday @ 11:30 a.m.
According to the National Institute of Health, the benefits of meditation include reduced anxiety, regulated blood pressure, mental clarity, efficient heart, and increased focus. Now is your chance to learn basic techniques, ask questions and experience it for yourself.
