Class Details

Cardio and Yoga Combo, Fridays @ 3:30 p.m.
This class will start with 20 minutes of cardiovascular fitness on treadmills, bikes and ellipticals.  Then followed by yoga postures for strength and flexibility.  The class will end with relaxation to restore the body and calm the mind.
