Beginner Tai Chi with Chi Gong Warm Up, Wednesdays @ 7:15 p.m.
Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of healing and therapeutic exercises. Visual imagery, concentrated movement, correct posture and proper breathing combine to cleanse the energy channels (acupuncture meridians) of blockages, thereby creating optimum health. Chi Gong is for all ages and beginners are welcome. Train at your own pace.
Wednesdays, 7:15 - 8:15 p.m., 3 weeks, held in the South B Conference Room at Union Hospital.
