Class Details

Strong Women Program, Monday and Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.
A weight training program to increase your strength, improve your bone density, balance and posture. In this class you will use free weights, bands and bars for a upper and lower body strength training.  The last portion of the class will be on a mat on the floor for abdominal strength training and meditation.  This program is based on clinical research by Dr. Miriam Nelson, Tufts University.
