Yoga for Spinal Health, Thursdays @ 11:30 a.m.
The essence of yoga is to stretch without risk, to perform dynamic stretching sequences which enhance flexibility, strength and to tone muscles.

Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably.
