Have you ever wanted to run a 5K but don't know where to start? Our Get Fit for a 5K running program will help you reach your goal of being able to run a 5K race. By working with an instructor, you will learn proper running technique along with strength training exercises to build muscles and stamina. Each 60 minute class includes 30 minutes of running exercises and 30 minutes of muscle conditioning.
