Meditation, Relaxation and Mindfulness, Sundays @ 11:30 a.m.
This class provides instruction and encouragement for you to begin a regular at-home meditation practice to reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity, and more.  Also, learn proven mindfulness and stress reduction techniques you can utilize at any time to access inner peace.
