Spring Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Spring into this glorious time of year of new possibilities by experiencing the benefits of mindfulness at the April 1st Yoga & Meditation Retreat. We will practice mindful and gentle yoga which includes stretching & strengthening movements, postures, conscious deep breathing, deep relaxation, sitting & walking meditation and simple chants. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.

When: Saturday, April 1st, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. held in the Healing Atrium
