Teaching Retreats

Our house staff participate in several teaching retreats during the year, in order to become better leaders and gain skills in areas such as process and quality improvement. Topics discussed in teaching retreats include: giving and receiving feedback, formulating handoffs, becoming an effective team player and managing stress and work/life balance during residency.
