NMSC works closely with Partners Home Care to provide comprehensive care after you leave the hospital.
As one of the region's largest non-profit home care agencies, Partners Home Care's mission is to provide high quality health care, health education and supportive services in the home or community setting to children and adults, including those who might not otherwise receive that care.They serve over 140 communities in Eastern Massachusetts, from Newburyport in the North, to Framingham in the West, to Plymouth in the South.
In addition to home care services, they offer private services and Lifeline services.
