Salem, Mass. (December 12, 2007) – Twenty-nine North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) physicians have been named among the best doctors in Boston in 2007 by Boston Magazine. The list includes more than 300 Boston area-based physicians, in 30 different specialties. It appeared in the November issue of Boston Magazine and on the publication’s web site.

Boston Magazine compiled the list from a survey conducted by Best Doctors, Inc., a Boston-based research firm that polls medical professionals about their opinions of the area’s best physicians.

“What an incredible honor for these talented men and women,” said Riad Riskalla, M.D., president of the NSMC Medical Staff. “Congratulations to all 30 physicians who were recognized by their peers and appear in Boston Magazine’s 2007 list. Our physicians are among the best in their respective fields and this is a great way to publicly recognize their expertise.”
