The Partners Healthcare FREE Health and Fitness Expo is June 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hynes Convention Center in downtown Boston. This year, NSMC is excited to offer Virtual Reality Fitness as part of its heart healthy focus at the Expo. Saturday, our booth will challenge participants in a head-to-head 100-meter dash; Sunday, fitness will be fun for all ages as participants play the hit game Dance Dance Revolution. NSMC will also be offering free blood pressure screenings and handing out brochures and flashlight key chains as we talk with folks about heart health.
