Scheduling a Sleep Study
Your physician can order a study for you in one of two ways. He or she can download this form, fill it out and then fax it to 978.740.4901. Another option is for your physician to call us at 978.354.4397.
Sleep studies are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Common Sleep Disorders
Sleep Apnea: a breathing disorder that causes sufferers to stop breathing repeatedly during sleep.
Restless Leg Syndrome: an uncomfortable urge to move leg(s) prior to sleep or when resting.
Narcolepsy: an inherited disorder that causes daytime sleep episodes, as well as sleep disruptions.
Insomnia: difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep, often related to depression, stress, and poor sleep habits.
