Patients who need medical oncology treatment or consulation are cared for through our medical oncology service.

All medical oncologists at the Mass General/North Shore Cancer Center are fellowship trained and board certified (or eligible for board certification) in hematology and/or oncology.

Our chemotherapy infusion bays overlook tidal wetlands and a healing garden with a paved path, benches, fountain, flowers and trees, helping to ensure that patients are comfortable and relaxed during their visits.

Our team of oncology trained nurse clinicians assess and monitor patients throughout their treatment sessions and are always available to answer questions.
