Our affiliated OB-GYNs offer combined obstetrical and gynecologic care or gynecologic care only. In all cases, a full range of routine care, as well as procedural and technological interventions, including colposcopy, pelviscopy, and benign gynecologic surgery, is available. We also provide prenatal care through delivery and post-natal assistance for mother and baby.

Reproductive Medicine services are available at  The Mass General Fertility Center, a collaborative practice combining Massachusetts General Hospital and North Shore Medical Center physicians.

We offer Maternal-Fetal Medicine services for women who have medical or pregnancy complications and/or who are considered to be high risk pregnancies. Our services include First Look, a screening tool used in the first trimester to identify babies who may be at risk for chromosomal abnormalities.

A key component of our obstetrics program is The Birthplace, a full service maternity center at NSMC Salem Hospital. The Birthplace delivers nearly 2000 babies annually.
