Healing Your Heart

Healing Your Heart is a program to help you prevent, treat and reverse heart disease. The program offers group support in a safe, compassionate environment and provides knowledge and experiences working in support of your medical care, risk reduction programs and cardiac rehabilitation. Along with an ongoing group experience and useful up-to-date information, the program includes relaxation opportunities, yoga, meditation, imagery and tools for stress. Healing Your Heart is $15 per session and a 10-week commitment is required (covers the 10-week core curriculum). The program can be entered anytime during the 10-week course and you are welcome to continue with the group longer than the 10 weeks. The group meets Thursdays, 6:30-9 p.m. at NSMC Union Hospital in the Healing Atrium, South Entrance, Ground Floor

ICD Support Group
