Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program ~ EVENING Classes
Training and practice in mindfulness, meditation, and mindful hatha yoga. Group education on how to integrate mindfulness everyday with life stresses and challenges.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was developed at U Mass Medical Center and has been successfully taught for 30 years. It teaches both 'formal" and "informal" mindfulness practices as a foundation for helping people cultivate positive health behaviors and psychological and emotional resilience that can be effectively utilized throughout one's life. 

The following sliding scale fees are offered: Partners Employee/Student $250; Sustaining $450+; Parent/Teen Combo $500; Scholarship $125 (3 available per session).  Registration deadline is March 20, 2013.
