Winter Solstice Celebration
The winter solstice is a time when we can do what nature does: slow down, value quiet time and stillness. To do so benefits our mind, body and spirit. We will be doing sitting meditation and walking a labyrinth as preparation for a healthy, mindful and joyful winter.

On the winter solstice, we will experience the shortest day, the longest night and the beginning of our winter season. It is a time when we can do what nature does: slow down, value quiet time and stillness. To do so benefits our mind, body and spirit. We will be doing sitting meditation and walking a labyrinth as preparation for a healthy, mindful and joyful winter. This event will be held in in the Healing Atrium at Union Hospital, 500 Lynnfield St.
