This group supports teens with depression, anxiety, ADHD and PTSD. Meets virtually via ZOOM platform. Access code will be provided upon registration. Many teens are feeling especially challenged during this very difficult time and could use some practical ideas, skills and peer support. Note: The couple price listed is for those teens that participated in either or our Summer 2021 sessions.

This is a four week program for teens ages 13 to 18. Exploring concerns in a safe environment can drastically change one's outlook.
