Workshops are led by clinicians and are educational in nature. They are not therapy groups. You do not have to be a patient to take part in any of the Family Resource Center offerings. We currently meet virtually via ZOOM.

Our educational workshops are available to Mass General Brigham employees and their families at no cost through the system's commitment / support to your well-being. For more information and to register contact ithomson@partners.org.


Raising Resilient and Healthy Children 8 weeks, starts February 3

Many parents are feeling especially challenged during this difficult time and could benefit from some practical ideas, skills, and peer support. Join this educational workshop for systematic training for effective parenting. Meets virtually through Zoom platform. Access code will be given upon registration.

Thursdays 6:30-7:30 p.m. The full set of dates will be: 2/3, 2/17, 3/3, 3/17, 3/13, 4/14, 4/28 and 5/12 via ZOOM. Instructor: Emily Crain, M.A., Clinical Psychology Doctoral Trainee

Teen Talk ages 13-18, 6 weeks starts March 10

This six-week educational workshop supports teens with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.

Meets online on Thursday evenings, 6 - 7 p.m. The full set of dates will be 3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/3, 4/7 and 4/14 via ZOOM (subject to change). Led by Antoine Salvador, PsyD., Outpatient Clinician at the Adolescent Partial Hospital Program, Salem Hospital.

Yoga for Teens, starts March 9

Learn to cope with anxiety and stress through movement and meditation. Yoga teaches the skills teens need in a fun and creative way. Meets virtually through Zoom platform.
