Behavioral Health

Our behavioral health therapists have been scheduling patients for secure telemedicine appointments using ZOOM. In addition, several online workshops and support groups are offered as virtual sessions by the Family Resource Center. Learn more  

Childbirth Education and Support for New Moms

Our Childbirth Education classes (Newborn Essentials, Breastfeeding Your Baby and Preparing for Your Baby) are now being offered virtually. Led by nurses, lactation specialists and other experts, these classes enable moms to connect with other moms and learn a range of topics important for the preparation and delivery of their baby. Breastfeeding Support Group and New Mom Support Group are also offered virtually.

Weekly online seminars are free to NSMC patients and the community. They start at noon and last half an hour. Learn more
