Tai Chi, Wednesdays @ 6:30 p.m.
This is a multi-level program that guides you through all aspects of traditional Tai-Chi Chuan, enhancing relaxation using mind-body movements. Tai Chi helps improve flexibility, balance and posture. Also known to assist with controlling anxiety, COPD and arthritis.This class is suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Tai Chi is a gentle, therapeutic, low-impact exercise for any age and varying physical ability and can help promote calmness, strength and stability. You will learn the fundamentals and principles of tai chi stances, walking and specialized movements and then begin learning section 1 of the classical Tai Chi long form. Train at your own level, seated or standing and enjoy the experience of feeling balanced in mind, body and spirit. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced students.
