L.E.A.R.N. has been used for over 15 years as a safe and effective method for weight loss. The program was developed at Yale University by professionals in the areas of nutrition, exercise physiology and psychology, and is designed to help participants achieve permanent results. The program addresses five key areas that are essential to successful weight loss: lifestyle, exercise, attitudes, relationships and nutrition.
You will learn how to read nutrition labels, control portion sizes and incorporate exercise into a daily routine. Each class consists of a confidential weigh-in, a lesson on how to live a healthy life and group discussion.
