Patients seeking primary care may choose an NSMC internal medicine doctor, or an NSMC family medicine specialist if they have children and would like a single provider. We have Salem pediatrics practices and other area practices. Our North Shore surgery department offers gastroenterology treatment, cardiac surgery, and Salem orthopedic surgeons, among many other specialties. Many patients elect to have weight loss surgery at NSMC instead of gastric bypass Boston surgery. Attend one of our monthly bariatric surgery information sessions for details.
