NSMC Labs offers comprehensive testing capabilities, including blood bank, chemistry, cytology, hematology, histology, microbiology, pathology. Lab Requisition and Client Supply Order forms
Clients of NSMC Labs may print or download a Lab Requistion form.
Clients who would like to research a specific test in our laboratory manual, start by looking for the “Find” field in the upper left corner of the manual. Type in a test by name (i.e.glucose tolerance), or type in the CPT code, then hit the enter key.
