NSMC Labs combines the custom service of a community hospital laboratory with the breadth of technology and efficiency of a commercial laboratory. We provide clinical and anatomic pathology outreach services to medical facilities, physicians and health clinics, as well as long-term nursing facilities and visiting nurses associations. We recently launched a site that allows our clients to access test results online.

We are a comprehensive diagnostic and fully accredited facility, one of only two labs in MA with a fully robotic system for preparing blood specimens for testing. This is what enables us to provide such rapid test turnaround times.

We are also Medicaid approved, have many managed care contracts and hold fee-for-service contracts with most major insurance companies.
