Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center serves children, adolescents, families and professionals. Marguerite Roberts, MS, NP, and her staff organize and run conferences, workshops and family support programs, and Roberts is on hand to assist families and individuals with their research needs. The Resource Center provides a variety of books, videos and audio CDs through their Behavioral Health Library. The Center is also actively engaged in several collaborative community projects.

"Parenting as Partners: Engaging Dads"
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction has been successfully taught for 30 years. The programs offered by NSMC are based on the MBSR program developed by the UMass Medical Center.
NEW -- Mindfulness for Children aged 8-10. Summer pilot program beginning, June 27. The four week 8 session program is based on "Still Quiet Place TM" mindfulness based stress reduction curriculum for young children. We are accepting registrations now for limited space in a class of 12.
The spring All Day Retreat is May 12th 8:30-4:30pm at the Healing Atrium, Union Hospital. Current participants as well as past graduates of the Adult MBSR class are welcome to attend.
