Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center serves children, adolescents, families and professionals. Marguerite Roberts, MS, NP, and her staff organize and run conferences, workshops and family support programs, and Roberts is on hand to assist families and individuals with their research needs. The Resource Center provides a variety of books, videos and audio CDs through their Behavioral Health Library. The Center is also actively engaged in several collaborative community projects.

"Shut Up About Your Perfect Kid! A Survival Guide for Ordinary Parents of Special Needs Children and their The Movement of Imperfection".
Gina Gallagher & Patricia Konjoian, authors, speak about the frustrations, stigmas, joys and challenges they face as parents of children with disabilities (one with Asperger's syndrome and the other with Bipolar disorder). This refreshingly frank presentation, based on their book by the same name has participants laughing out loud and celebrating the joys, gifts and milestones of special children. Registration is required.
2013 Stress Reduction Clinic Programs
The 2013 stress reduction programs are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed by UMass Medical Center. MBSR has been successfully taught for 30 years.
Mindfulness for Children aged 8-10. September 26-November 14. This 8 week program is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum for young children. We are accepting registrations now for limited space in a class of 12. Please post/share flier.
Mindfulness for HS Teens aged 14-17. September 25-November 13. This 8 week program is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum for High School Adolescents. We are accepting registrations now for limited space in a class of 20. Please post/share flier.
2013 Maintain Your Practice Stress Reduction Clinic Sessions - Guided Yoga & Meditation. Previous HS student participants NO CHARGE. Practices open to all, no previous experience necessary. Please post/share flier.

Cancellation Policy
Tuition for Mindfulness programs will be refunded only if notice of withdrawal is received 7 days prior to the session start date; refund will be minus a $25 cancellation fee No refund given if the withdrawal is less than 7 days prior to start date.
