Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center provides a wide range of Behavioral Health resources for children, adolescents, families and professionals. Conferences, workshops and family support programs are offered year round. Books, videos and CDs are available through the Behavioral Health Library and our expert staff are available to assist families and individuals with their research needs. The Center also has an active Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and is actively engaged in several collaborative community projects.

Mindfulness for Adults and Children aged 8-10.

The 2015 stress reduction programs are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed by UMass Medical Center. Tuition for Mindfulness programs will be refunded only if notice of withdrawal is received 7 days prior to the session start date; refund will be minus a $25 cancellation fee.  After class one 75%, class two 50%, class three 25%, after that NO refund will be given.

2015 Maintain Your Practice (New Location - New Day)
Stress Reduction Clinic Sessions - Guided Yoga & Meditation.  Previous HS student participants NO CHARGE. Practices open to all, no previous experience necessary.  Meets first Wednesday of each month 6-7:30 p.m. except April and November, MassGeneral/North Shore Outpatient, 102 Endicott Street, Danvers. Registration appreciated.
