Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center provides Behavioral Health resources and programs for children, adolescents, families and professionals. Conferences, workshops and family support groups are offered year round.  The Family Resource Center also has an active Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and is engaged in several collaborative community projects.

Family Rounds

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workshops


The 2015 stress reduction programs are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed by UMass Medical Center.

Tuition and cancellation policy for Mindfulness sessions


Tuition for Mindfulness programs will be refunded only if notice of withdrawal is received 7 days prior to the session start date; refund will be minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

After the first class has taken place, 75% of tuition will be refunded; after the second class, 50%; after the third class, 25%. No refund will be given after that point.

The library is open from 12-4 daily, with the exception of the first Wednesday of each month when it is open from 1-4.
