Palliative Care
Our palliative care physicians provide expert symptom management and supportive care for our hospitalized patients who are suffering from chronic progressive and life-limiting illnesses. They work closely with case managers, primary care physicians, Partners Home Care and hospice staff, to provide families with a care plan that will best meet their needs.
