Making New Connections: Breastfeeding Support Group
In addition to the breastfeeding consultation, classes, and rental service we provide, we also offer a free, drop-in support group for breastfeeding mothers and their babies. Facilitated by lactation specialists, the group offers mother-to-mother support and sharing of tips and techniques, as well as other childcare topics.

Pregnancy or Post-partum Depression
During pregnancy and following the birth of your baby, you may experience a variety of feelings from joy to anxiety and depression.
If you need additional support, talk with your obstetrical care provider or contact NSMC Outpatient Mental Health Service at 978.825.6620.

Fetal and Infant Loss Support Group
We offer support during this difficult time. This support group is intended for women and their families who have experienced a loss through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillborn or newborn death.
The group meets the second Tuesday of each month from 7 - 8:15 p.m. at NSMC Salem Hospital in the Davenport 101 conference room (restored library; located on the first floor across from the elevators). No registration is necessary.
