Patient and Family Relations Department
Patients, as well as family members, are encouraged to speak directly with the attending physician, primary nurse or case manager if they have any concerns. If a patient would prefer to speak to someone not directly involved in his or her care, or if there is a feeling that the concern is not being resolved satisfactorily, the Patient and Family Relations Department is available to assist.
