North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) strives to provide outstanding, compassionate care every day. Patient feedback is extremely important because it keeps us informed and gives us the opportunity to make improvements where needed.

Patient and Family Relations Department

Patients, as well as family members, are encouraged to speak directly with the attending physician, primary nurse or case manager if they have any concerns. If a patient would prefer to speak to someone not directly involved in his or her care, or if there is a feeling that the concern is not being resolved satisfactorily, the Patient and Family Relations Department is available to assist.
